TMX designs, builds and assembles fixtures and other
tooling.
TMX was established by brothers Gus and Alex Toubia who are
uniquely qualified to offer superior service. Gus, a
mechanical engineer with a degree from UCLA, worked as a
manufacturing engineer for many years. Alex was a systems
analyst whose assignments included the San Onofre Nuclear
Generation Station. Along with other key team members, TMX
brings more than 95 years of machining experience to all
their projects, large and small.
Souhail Toubia, M.D. is the CEO and co-founder of TMX. He
practiced Medicine in Southern California for over 17 years.
In 1999, he came on in full capacity, designing and
developing many surgical products: laparoscopic/general
surgery, and Spine surgery (implantable and instruments).
All products are currently commonly used in both industries.
He has a full team of design engineers, regulatory, and
quality experts.
